Dr. Timothy D. Wilson founded Paradigm 3i Solutions as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned company. As CEO, Dr. Wilson provides strategic vision, direction and operational oversight of strategy of its global catalog of product services. He also leads business development, policy, standards, process improvement and communication to management. Business and client focused, he implements enterprise and program management office (PMO), earned value management (EVM), risk management, and other strategy, technology and product support.

Dr. Wilson holds a Doctorate of International Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University’s, H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business. He is DAWIA Level III certified in Program Management. He holds a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certificate. He also holds the Federal Acquisition Certification Senior Program Manager, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library certifications (version 3). He is a certified commercial instructor and instrument-rated pilot, air traffic controller, and enjoys traveling internationally.
